We, at Loving Touch Adult Foster Care (LTAFC), open our home to elderly or disabled individuals who need assistance
to get through their daily activities.We provide personalized, 24 hour care in a family-like environment.
It's not just the room, board and care we provide, it’s the relationships and quality
of life that is given, and at a time when it is needed the most.

LTAFC will care for individuals on either a long-term or short-term basis. Private-pay or State-funded.
We provide specialized care for all levels of Dementia and Alzheimer’s as well as Diabetes, CHF, and several other conditions.
Our caring and specially trained staff is on duty 24 hours a day to assist
with daily living and activities according to each resident’s tolerance and physical abilities.

LTAFC is a Level II home. After a careful screening and thorough training, the home is
licensed by the Multnomah County Adult Care Home Program (MCACHP) through the State of Oregon.
The MCACHP regularly monitors the home for rule compliance and quality of care, as well as investigates
concerns and provide on-going education, support, and assistance to the caregivers.
The supervision and support provided allows LTAFC to offer families the assurance
that their loved one is cared for with both quality and compassion.

We, at LTAFC, provide 24 hour supervision, meal preparation,
personal care, medication assistance, transportation arrangement
and recreational opportunities. We also provide great,
home-cooked meals and try to accommodate every ones preferences.
